anchor: your all-in-one internship hub
SI582: introduction to interaction design (masters project)
role: ux designer and researcher
Anchor is an app prototype that serves as a one-stop platform for students navigating their internship journey — job listings, mentorship opportunities, career events, and more.
The idea sparked from gaps in the tools students currently use. We dug into user research to understand their struggles, from fragmented resources to the stress of tracking applications.
From there, we sketched ideas, built wireframes, and tested prototypes to bring Anchor to life.
The goal? Make internships easier, more accessible, and a lot less stressful.
python hangman: deciphering the classic game with code mastery
CS120: intro to computer science (undergraduate project)
role: developer
dec 2023
For our final project in Intro to Computer Science, my team and I created a Python-based Hangman game. It was all about guessing letters to reveal a hidden word, with features like progress tracking and input validation to keep things smooth and fun. I focused on designing the game logic and writing clean, efficient code while collaborating with teammates to bring it all together. This project was a great introduction to coding and teamwork, setting the foundation for the skills I’m building now as a master’s student in HCI.
